The Campus Kitchen at
Gonzaga University addresses the problems of hunger and its root causes in
the Spokane area. Using food from Gonzaga’s Dining Services, students
prepare, deliver, and serve meals to Spokane community agencies, homebound
seniors, and families. The program relies heavily on student energy,
ideas, and efforts.
