If you are having trouble finding heart-healthy recipes, the American Heart Association is a great place to begin your search. Check out www.americanheart.org and do a search for "recipes." You'll find a listing of free sample recipes from their cookbooks. Additionally, your local chapter of the American Heart Association can provide up to 250 copies of educational materials (per year) to non-profit organizations.
